There will be phased 24 hour a day road closures on Marley Lane starting 17th November 2025 until 16th April 2026 for major electrical upgrade works.

Marley Lane Road Closure from 17th November 2025
There will be 24 hour a day closure of Marley Lane between access to Lime Tree Cottage and Marley Lane Access Road, Marley Lane starting 17th November 2025 for major electrical upgrade works.
The works will be phased so that only part of Marley Lane will be closed at one time:
Phase 1 – 17th November 2025 – 23rd February 2025 – closure between Lime Tree Cottage and Northern junction with Marley Common.
Phase 2 – 24th February 2026 – 16th April 2026 – Northern junction with Marley Common to junction with Marley Lane Access Road.
Access will be maintained for residents and pedestrians. Emergency Services to follow diversion
