Upcoming Meetings in 2025

The meetings of the Full Council are held on the third Wednesday of each month except for August, when there is no Full Council meeting.

The Finance and Administration Committee holds meetings quarterly in January, April, July and October.

The Property, Highways and Environment Committee holds its meetings in February, June, September and November.

The meetings of the above two Committees are held earlier in the evening of the Full Council meetings, when possible.

Planning Committee meetings are arranged as and when planning consultations are received or other planning work arises.

All meetings will be held in the Fernhurst Hub unless otherwise noted and members of the Public are welcome to all meetings of the Full Council and Committees.

Meetings for 2025 are scheduled as in the following list.  This can be subject to amendment and please check the date on the agenda of each meeting.  The agenda will be posted at least three working days before the meeting – for a Wednesday meeting the agenda will usually be posted on the Thursday of the week before.
