Heather Bicknell

Heather was first elected to the Council in 1999 and has acted as Chair of Fernhurst Parish Council since 2015.

Heather sits on the Finance and Administration Committee, the Planning Committee and the Property, Highways and Environment Committee.

Heather is the Parish Council representative on the Fernhurst Recreation Ground Trust, the Chichester District Association of Local Councils and is the Council Lead for the playground
