Bill Black

Bill was elected to the position of Vice-Chair of Fernhurst Parish Council for the 2026-2027 municipal year, at the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council in May 2026.

Bill is also the Chair of the Finance and Administration Committee and sits on the Property, Highways and Environment Committee.  He is a qualified Surveyor.
